At Curating Wellness, our mission is all about "spreading the light and staying salty," rooted in living out God's truth in a world that can often feel dark. Inspired by Matthew 5:13, where we are called to be the "salt of the earth," we aim to bring flavor, preservation, and brightness wherever we go. Our philosophy centers around building a community united in love, speaking life, and empowering one another through faith.

We believe that daily devotionals, prayer boards, and connecting with like-minded wellness and prayer warriors are essential for optimizing our health and the health of our families & communities, all-the-while bringing the glory of God into every aspect of life.
