All program pricing is listed in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Curating Wellness to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon services.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts or access to services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of content.

Return and Refund Policy

At Curating Wellness/EMBODY by Shelly, we are committed to providing high-quality educational and coaching services to help you achieve your wellness goals. Because our products and programs involve personalized services and immediate access to digital materials, we maintain the following Return and Refund Policy.

1. Terms of Return

Due to the nature of digital and coaching-based services, all sales are final once a purchase or payment plan has been processed.
However, if you believe there has been an error in billing or you encounter issues accessing your program materials, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist in resolving the issue.

2. State of Return

Because Curating Wellness/EMBODY by Shelly offers intangible digital content and coaching services, physical returns are not applicable. Refunds or adjustments are considered only in cases of duplicate payment or documented technical error.

3. Reason for Return or Adjustment

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for:

Duplicate transactions or accidental overcharges
Proven technical issues preventing access to paid materials
Circumstances in which Curating Wellness/EMBODY by Shelly cancels a program or service prior to delivery

Requests based solely on change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of engagement will not qualify for refunds.

4. Process for Return or Inquiry

To request a review of your purchase or report an issue:

Include your full name, email used for purchase, program name, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 10–14 business days.
Refund amounts may exclude processing fees or partial charges for services already rendered (e.g., completed consultations or customized materials).
